We are seeking an Administrative Clerk for a state government office.

General Job Duties:
  • Answering phones
  • Creating and maintaining a file system
  • Distributing mail
  • Maintaining and Creating Excel spreadsheets
  • Inventorying merchandise
  • Ordering office supplies
Required Skills:
  • Experience working in a professional office environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Team player, willingness to help with various office tasks
  • Experience using Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Experience with office mail distribution
  • Experience ordering office supplies and inventory management
Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • Assignment duration is 6 months with possible extension
  • Rate: $13.00/hr
