We are seeking a Secretary to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions for a local social services office.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Hours and Assignment Length:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p
Pay Rate:
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Secretarial or Administrative: 3 years (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Delray Beach, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
